We, as a team, are a part of our festival just like the artists and the audience. Only together can we create an atmosphere of inclusion and tolerance. A considerate and respectful attitude is important, so that everyone has a positive festival experience.
Therefore, we reject all forms of discrimination, based on ascribed origin, ethnicity, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, physical appearance, age, religious affiliation, socioeconomic status, and the like.
Verbally or physically abusive behaviour of any kind has no place at the festival: be it inappropriate remarks, racist or sexist insults, slander and intimidation, or non-consensual physical contact and violence.
Personal boundaries are to be respected. In the case of a transgression, we will trust the afflicted person and handle the situation seriously. We will take their needs into account and investigate the matter.
If you need assistance with a situation during the festival, please report to the team.
In the event of intrusive, racist or otherwise discriminatory behaviour, we reserve the right to exclude the person from the event in keeping with our house rules.
